* When baking a cake, be intentional about the ingredients you are choosing
* Try & order only organic at the grocery stores
* Minimize your portions of food
* Take out 50% of your sugar intake from your diet
* Workout 2 x a week
* Get outside & get sun
* Go to the ocean & swim in the salt water
